Job summary

SWEE ENG GROUP PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveying professional to support tendering, cost analysis and progress claims for construction projects in Singapore.

You will attend tender interviews, prepare and analyse costing, source quotations, and verify variation and final accounts while ensuring projects stay within budget. Independently contribute to contract administration and tender procedures with MS Office and AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of contract administration & tender procedures is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend tender interviews & site show.
• Preparation and analyse costing for tenders.
• Preparation and submission progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
• Source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis.
• Ensure the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
• Verify claims for variation and payments.
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties from the Management.
