Job summary

Alfrench Façade Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to coordinate material quantities from drawings and deliveries, liaise with contractors and suppliers to meet deadlines, and maintain project documentation. The role involves resolving site issues, monitoring progress, and providing clear updates to project teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in engineering, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and familiarity with QS or site engineering functions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Experience as a QS or site engineer is preferred.
• WSQ certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Extract material quantities from drawings and coordinate with departments to schedule and deliver materials on time.
• Collaborate with Main Contractor and suppliers to meet deadlines and meetings.
• Manage supplier communications regarding delivery items and schedules.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Monitor daily work processes and track project progress.
• Provide timely updates to supervisors and project teams for informed decision-making.
• Organize and maintain accurate project documentation for compliance and reference.
• Use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare reports and communicate effectively.

Job Summary

Coordinate material quantities and deliveries from technical drawings, liaise with contractors and suppliers to meet deadlines, resolve site issues, monitor project progress, and maintain documentation to support successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Extract material quantities from technical drawings and coordinate with relevant departments to schedule and deliver materials on time
• Collaborate closely with Main Contractor and suppliers to ensure project deadlines and meetings are met
• Manage supplier communications regarding delivery items and schedules to maintain workflow continuity
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly throughout the project lifecycle to minimize delays
• Monitor daily work processes and track project progress to ensure adherence to plans
• Provide timely and clear updates to supervisors and project teams to support informed decision-making
• Organize, manage, and maintain accurate project documentation for compliance and reference
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare reports, track data, and communicate effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction or engineering projects
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) or site engineer is preferred
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• WSQ certification is an advantage but not mandatory

• Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday), 8 am to 12:30 pm (Saturday)
