Job summary

AUDIMARS BUILDTECH PTE LTD invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to manage tendering, cost estimation and contract administration for building and civil engineering projects in Singapore.

You will prepare bills of quantities, perform take-offs, and collaborate with clients, engineers and sub-contractors to ensure accurate budgeting and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or related roles.
• Proficient knowledge of government projects, building construction, and M&E works.
• Strong understanding of local rules and regulations applicable to construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to handle quantity take-offs and tender documentation accurately.

Responsibilities
