Job summary

ALINK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is hiring a Quantity Surveyor/Construction Admin to support cost control, procurement, and contract administration for ongoing projects in Singapore.

You will prepare quotations, source supplier quotes, issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements, and monitor budgets to ensure financial control. The role requires a Diploma in QS or related field, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation, communication, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in QS, building, construction management or engineering.
• 1–3 years of QS or construction administration experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; good negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Verify progress claims, invoices and payment certifications.
• Monitor project costs and budgets.
• Prepare VO, cost analyses, and project reports.
• Track material purchases and subcontractor claims.
• Assist in cost control and contract administration.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and project documentation.
• Maintain filing and document control systems.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Assist in permit applications and compliance documentation.
• Handle correspondence, data entry and general office administration.
• Support management in daily administrative operations.
