Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced production professional to lead QA-aligned processes, monitor SQDC performance, and coach the production team in problem solving and training initiatives.

The role focuses on change control, MRB processing, and continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and TWI methods, with close collaboration across AMVS and global project teams.

Qualifications

• Lead production team to meet SQDC goals.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma improvements and TWI training.
• Coordinate with Advanced Manufacturing Value Stream teams and global projects.
• Oversee PPE inventory, gowns, and staff lockers.
• Manage performance coaching, appraisals and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead in investigating deviations and OOS events and support CAPA implementation.
• Ensure change control procedures are followed and production records are completed.
• Drive training initiatives and Train-the-Trainer sessions for production staff.
• Direct daily MRB processes to minimise scrap and rework.
• Support auditing by providing filled records and reports as required.
