Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for an onsite role in Jurong, SG. The position focuses on end-to-end quality oversight, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the Quality department.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of QA experience, solid knowledge of cGMP, Lean principles, SAP and Power BI, and the ability to collaborate across functions to meet patient and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• 5–8 years of QA experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, cGMP, Lean principles, Power BI and ISO standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end quality oversight to ensure alignment with stakeholders, customers and patient expectations.
• Manage quality system platforms (OOS, deviations, change control, CAPA and/or Document Control).
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement across departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
