Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks a QC Analytical Scientist to perform laboratory testing and support analytical method validation in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment in Singapore.

The role requires strong practical laboratory experience, sound scientific judgement, and the ability to execute, document, and review analytical work accurately, with potential involvement in Process Characterisation Studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a chemical/biomedical discipline.
• Hands-on analytical lab experience in GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience with analytical method validation activities.
• Familiarity with GMP, data integrity, and lab quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of materials and samples.
• Execute testing per approved methods, specifications, SOPs, and GMP requirements.
• Support method validation lifecycle including protocol prep, execution, data review, statistics, reporting, and study closure.
• Evaluate validation characteristics such as accuracy, precision, specificity, linearity, range, robustness, LOD, LOQ.
• Assist with method qualification, transfer, troubleshooting, and optimization.
