Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting Pte. Limited seeks an QC Analytical Scientist to perform laboratory testing and support analytical method validation in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical setting.

The role requires practical lab experience, solid scientific judgement, and precise documentation. Experience with Process Characterisation studies and cross-functional teamwork is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field with GMP exposure.
• Hands-on analytical lab experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience validating analytical methods and documenting results.
• Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of materials and products.
• Execute tests per approved methods, specs, SOPs, and GMP.
• Support method validation lifecycle including data review and reporting.
• Evaluate validation characteristics such as accuracy and precision.
• Assist method qualification, transfer, and troubleshooting activities.
• Review data, calculations, chromatograms, and records for accuracy.
• Document investigations into deviations and OOS/OOT results.
• Prepare GMP documents and maintain traceable lab records.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC/UPLC/GC/UV-Vis).
• Collaborate with QC, Development, Manufacturing, QA, and Validation teams.
