Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a QAQC Engineer to perform daily QAQC checks, prepare monthly reports, and lead training for subcontractors. The role requires attention to quality standards, effective communication, and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.

The candidate should have architectural or structural background, 3+ years in A1 building projects, and familiarity with CONQUAS/ISO 9001 quality systems. Private housing/condominium experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Architectural-trained or Structural-trained work experience.
• Min 3 years experience as a QAQC Engineer in A1 building main construction company, with added experience in managing Quality Marks assessment processes or certifications a significant advantage
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance is necessary
• Certifications: BCA-Approved CONQUAS training or relevant quality certification such as ISO 9001:2015 in Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in Private Housing/Condominium projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QAQC daily checks
• Prepare monthly QAQC report for submission to Corporate QAQC Department
• Conducting monthly QAQC Training to Sub-contractors
• Issuance of QAQC Non-compliance to sub-contractors
• Attend monthly QAQC presentation and meeting at Corporate QAQC Department
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements (in accordance to BCA’s Good Industry Practice & approval from the clients and consultants)
• Arrange and liaise with BCA for CONQUAS/QM assessments. Act as the primary quality liaison with clients and consultants, updating them on QA/QC matters and addressing quality concerns directly related to CONQUAS scoring.
• Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure construction methods comply with CONQUAS specifications, providing guidance on quality protocols and rectifications or even conducting relevant training as needed.
