Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC Lead to oversee all QA/QC activities on building construction projects. You will prepare and submit quality documentation to BCA and coordinate CONQUAS inspections to meet schedule.

Ideal candidates have ≥5 years in Singapore's construction QA/QC, strong knowledge of BCA requirements and CONQUAS standards, and proven ability to manage inspections, defects, and documentation end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in Singapore's building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of BCA requirements and CONQUAS standards.
• Experience coordinating BCA CONQUAS inspections independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all QA/QC activities for building construction projects.
• Prepare, compile, and submit quality documentation to BCA.
• Coordinate and schedule BCA CONQUAS inspections to meet project timeline.
• Liaise with BCA officers, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams on quality matters.
• Ensure site inspections, testing, documentation, and quality procedures comply with BCA standards.
• Conduct regular site quality inspections to identify defects and non-conformities.
• Monitor and follow up on rectification works to close out issues.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records, inspection reports, method statements, checklists, and other quality documentation.
• Support the project team in implementing quality control measures and maintaining high construction standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in Singapore's building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of BCA requirements, CONQUAS standards, and quality submission procedures.
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing BCA CONQUAS inspections independently.
• Good understanding of construction quality control processes, inspections, and defect rectification.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
