Job summary

Charterhouse Resources is seeking a hands-on role in a cleanroom environment to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. You will perform product testing, troubleshoot issues, and carry out rework to ensure quality and readiness for production.

In this position, you will diagnose technical problems, support root cause analysis with Engineering and QA, and help drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards. A rotating day/night shift is required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to work on rotating day/night shifts and overtime.
• Basic experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, or troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and rework to ensure product quality and production readiness.
• Diagnose technical issues, support RCA, and collaborate with Engineering and QA to resolve production problems.
• Support continuous improvement while maintaining manufacturing, safety, and quality standards.

About the role:

• Up to ~$2,900-$3,000/month (including shift allowance & OT)

• AWS + Quarter Bonus

• Company Transport Provided Islandwide

• Mon- Fri (Rotating Shift Day / Night)

• Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining manufacturing, safety, and quality standards.

• Able to work on rotating shifts (Day/Night) and overtime when required.

• Basic experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, or troubleshooting is preferred.
