Job summary

SUNNINGDALE TECH LTD. is seeking a QA Inspector/Technician in Singapore to read and interpret geometrical drawings, aid engineers in measuring-method development, and perform First Article Inspections and CP/CPK studies.

You will collaborate with engineering and business teams on IQ/OQ/PQ validations. The role includes conducting MSA/GR&R on equipment, maintaining calibration programs, and training inspectors.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years relevant experience in measurement and inspection roles.
• NITEC in Precision/Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent required.
• Experience with First Article Inspection and GR&R studies is essential.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret geometrical drawings
• To assist Engineer in the development of measuring method and jigs/fixture during product development stage
• Perform First Article Inspection & CP/CPK study
• Work with business team and engineering team on product qualification measurement– Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Conduct MSA (GR&R) on equipment and user for assessing measurement system capability
• Maintain and perform software validation and revalidation for applicable software used to determine product’s quality (decision to acceptor reject product)
• Manage organization’s measuring equipment’s, maintain equipment’s calibration and servicing program to comply to International standard and customer requirements. Including customer consigned measuring equipment(s)
• Provide assistant in the training of inspectors & junior Technician to perform part measurement. Prepare measurement report and graphical analysis of measurement data

Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives

Requirement:

• 2 - 3 years relevant experience
• Min NITEC in Precision / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Willing to commit 12 hours rotating shift
