Job summary

ICHOR SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to inspect materials and products, document results, and support improvement initiatives in a cleanroom environment.

You will conduct in-process inspections, perform final checks with photo documentation, review non-conformities in Oracle, and participate in continuous improvement to reduce defects and waste. Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing or production.
• Fresh graduates with relevant engineering training, internship or hands-on experience are welcome to apply.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, specifications and technical documentation.
• Able to commit to a 12-hour rotating day/night shift, including weekends, and support overtime when operationally required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections and quality audits to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Perform final inspections and audits of finished products, including photo documentation.
• Verify and review internal non-conformities (NC) and support accurate recording of NCs in Oracle system.
• Calibrate, maintain and ensure proper control of torque wrenches.
• Review, organise and maintain quality documentation and ensure records are accurately uploaded to the Quality Server.
• Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation for customer submission.
• Read and interpret relevant technical drawings, specifications and quality documentation as part of inspection activities.
• Follow EH&S requirements and take personal responsibility for workplace safety.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce defects and waste while improving quality and productivity.
