Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead and supervise a QA team of over 12 staff at Gul Circle. You will provide hands-on guidance and resolve day-to-day quality and operational challenges.

You will investigate defects, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions while ensuring ISO, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems compliance with customer specs and regulatory requirements. On-site role with an in-house canteen.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quality Management, Food Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading a team of 12+ staff.
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO and HACCP systems, quality investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a QA team of more than 12 staff, providing hands‑on guidance and resolving day‑to‑day quality and operational challenges.
• Independently investigate product defects, quality non‑conformities and manufacturing issues, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive improvements.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO, HACCP, Quality Management Systems and Food Safety Management Systems, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous quality improvements, conduct internal audits, coordinate management reviews and support new product development and material testing.
