Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to support the QA/QC Manager in maintaining and improving quality programs for products. Your role involves establishing QC practices, ensuring compliance with ASME codes, and preparing the QC Manual.

You will help develop test plans, oversee inspections, and guide a team of QC inspectors, contributing to multiple concurrent projects and upholding high standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering holder with 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA/QC Manager in managing the QA/QC department.
• Establish, implement and maintain the QC system for products that need to comply with ASME codes.
• Prepare, control and maintain the QC Manual in accordance with ASME code.
• Initiate quality programs and report to QA/QC Manager for the current product quality level.
• Develop Inspection Test Plan (ITP), inspection and testing procedures.
• Supervise and guide the team of QC inspectors and administrative assistant.
• Control the usage of ASME stamps and review ASME's MDR forms.
• Maintain and control the welding procedures (WPS) and welder performance qualification records.
• Any Adhoc assignment given by QA/QC Manager.
