Job summary

Lea Hin Co (Metal Factory) Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to ensure compliance with QA plans and guidelines. You will oversee testing, certificate preparation, CAPA, sample submissions, and inspections to maintain ISO standards.

The role requires leadership of the QC team, strong report writing, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in Chinese is preferred to communicate with the QC team and suppliers in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a QC team in quality control.
• ISO implementation and document control experience.
• Able to understand technical and mathematical concepts.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Willing to lead QC team and converse in Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of internal function in accordance with company’s quality assurance plans, guidelines and procedures.
• Testing, recording and preparation of all Certificates of Conformance.
• Preparation of internal and external CAPA.
• Preparation of samples for submission to customers.
• Perform incoming testing and inspection on materials.
• Perform line inspection and audit.
• Preparation of Quality Reports.
• ISO maintenance and document control.
• Projects and any other activities as assigned
