deli hub catering pte. ltd. is seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Manager to uphold hygiene and food safety across our brands in Singapore.

You will lead on-site inspections and oversee QA processes to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. You will manage lab testing, record-keeping, and audit preparations, and collaborate with departments to close gaps. A degree in Food Science/Tech and ISO 22000 experience are required, with a 5-day week including occasional weekend shifts.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science/Technology or related field.
• Knowledge of SFA regulation, ISO 22000, Halal/related standards.
• Able to multitask and work within timelines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Open to working in the West.
• 5-day work week with occasional weekend duty.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety across outlets.
• Supervise hygiene checks, product quality assessments, and sampling.
• Develop and oversee lab testing schedules per specs.
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement and improve FSMS and ISO 22000 compliance.
• Manage QMS documents and SOPs, align with regs.
• Coordinate with departments to address audit findings.
• Be the main contact for external and internal audits.
• Maintain quality records and retention per policy.
• Train staff on food safety and quality procedures.
• Draft and update SOPs across operations.
