Job summary

Pu Tien Restaurant Pte Ltd is seeking a QA/Food Safety specialist to manage FSMS, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards across 30 outlets in Singapore. You will perform hygiene checks, support audits, and collaborate with operations to implement improvements.

Required are 2–3 years of QA/food safety experience, familiarity with SFA regulations, and proficiency in MS Office. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for coordination with staff and suppliers.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science, FoodTechnology, Food Safety, or a related field
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant QA or foodsafety experience in the food industry, preferably with hands-on experience inF&B operations.
• Good working knowledge of Food Safety ManagementSystems (FSMS), HACCP, and ISO 22000. Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications.
• Familiarity with Singapore food safetyrequirements and SFA regulations. Experience in supporting internal, external,third-party, or regulatory audits will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, withthe ability to investigate food safety and quality issues and follow up oncorrective and preventive actions.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, adaptable, and ableto work independently in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is requiredto communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees, suppliers, andbusiness stakeholders.
