Job summary

Apex Pharma Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a QA professional to perform verification, documentation, and validation duties in a GMP/DGP regulated setting. You will draft SOPs, maintain QMS records, and support audits to ensure compliance across materials, finished products, and suppliers.

The role involves reviewing change controls, CAPAs, specifications, and supplier approvals, with training provided to operators on SOP implementation. Fresh grads with strong QA exposure are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry or related field required.
• Diploma holders with QA experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years QA/QC experience in GMP/DGP environment preferred; fresh grads with internship acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA verification and approve or reject materials and finished products following Production Team checks.
• Draft, review, and update SOPs and other quality management documentation.
• Monitor and maintain records related to QMS and ensure proper documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information as an auditee.
• Raise, review and close change controls, deviations and CAPAs.
• Ensure appropriate validations are conducted.
• Review and approve specifications and other repackaging-related documents.
• Approve and monitor suppliers and contractors.
• Release inbound goods in compliance with quality requirements.
• Train operators on SOPs and procedural changes to ensure proper implementation.
• Document and handle product complaints.
• Liaise with Principals' QA on quality-related matters.
• Performs other QA-related work as required by management or the immediate supervisor.
