Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a quality control technician to conduct microbiology testing across environmental, raw material and finished product samples in Singapore.

You will perform QC checks from incoming materials through pre-weighting, in-process production and final products; maintain labs and records in SAP; and support GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits. Training is provided; 2 years’ QC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant QC experience.
• GMP and ISO knowledge a plus.
• Independent, objective and responsible.
• Willing to learn and hands-on.
• External and internal training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiology testing across environmental, raw material and finished product samples.
• Perform quality checks from incoming materials through pre-weighting, in-process production and final products.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of the lab, retention room and pre-weight room.
• Operate and maintain the DI water system.
• Monitor pre-weight checks and process controls.
• Manage retention samples and update SDS/COA documents.
• Assist with product troubleshooting and testing in response to complaints.
• Support audits for GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Maintain GMP, ISO documentation and records.
• Create and maintain SAP records.
• Maintain health and safety guidelines and documentation.
• Assist with permits and licences with HSA.
• Monitor pest control and scheduled inspections.
• Provide feedback at monthly staff meetings.
• Perform other projects as assigned by Management.

• Perform quality checks from incoming raw materials and packaging materials through pre-weighting, in-process production and final products.


• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of the laboratory, retention room and pre-weight room, including equipment and materials.


• Operate and maintain the DI water system.


• Monitor and conduct checks during the pre-weight process.


• Manage retention samples and prepare or update SDS and COA documents.


• Assist with product troubleshooting and testing in response to customer complaints.


• Support internal and external audits for GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.


• Maintain and update GMP and ISO documentation and records.


• Create, update and maintain relevant records in the SAP system.


• Maintain relevant GMP, environmental, quality and health & safety guidelines and documentation.


• Support the management of product permits and licences with HSA.


• Monitor pest control arrangements and ensure scheduled inspections are completed.


• Provide feedback and suggestions during monthly staff meetings.


• Perform other projects and assignments as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of relevant QC experience.


• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be advantageous.


• Independent, objective and responsible with good judgement.


• Willing to learn and take a hands-on approach.
