Job summary

Future-E HR is recruiting on behalf of a growing technology company developing AI-driven software solutions. We seek an experienced QA Engineer to join its core product and engineering team.

This hands-on role offers high autonomy and ownership of product quality across the full testing lifecycle. You will design and execute test cases, manage defects, support UAT, and progressively expand test automation using Playwright, JUnit or Selenium.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software testing/QA experience with the full lifecycle.
• Translate PRDs into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on automation with Playwright, JUnit or Selenium.
• Read and write Chinese, including Chinese technical documentation/PRDs.

• Manage defects end-to-end from identification to regression testing.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing technology company developing AI-driven software solutions, for an experienced QA Engineer to join its core product and engineering team.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you will take ownership of product quality across the full testing lifecycle and help build and enhance the company's QA and test automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review PRDs/requirements and independently define test scope and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases covering functional workflows, business rules, AI-agent interactions, edge cases and error scenarios.
• Manage defects end-to-end, from identification and tracking through resolution and regression testing.
• Own testing through final acceptance/UAT and support release quality.
• Develop and progressively expand automated regression testing for core product scenarios.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software testing/QA experience with exposure to the full testing lifecycle.
• Able to independently translate PRDs/requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework such as Playwright, JUnit or Selenium.
• Able to read and write Chinese, including Chinese technical documentation/PRDs.
• Independent, hands-on and accountable with strong problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with API testing (Postman/curl), SQL, performance/load testing, security testing, AI/LLM applications, or finance/property management/ERP-style SaaS products will be advantageous.
