Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to ensure high-quality digital products across mobile, desktop and web platforms. You will design, develop and run automated and manual tests, focusing on functional and API coverage while shaping test strategy and quality improvements.

You will work with SDETs, architects and Agile teams, building robust automation and contributing to a culture of quality. The role requires strong Java/JS/Python skills and hands-on tooling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA, software testing or a similar role.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams and working with other SDET leads.
• Strong understanding of Behaviour Driven Development and experience creating BDD test scenarios.
• Strong programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript and Python.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Git and Jenkins.
• Ability to identify application risks, defects and errors, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration, written communication and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
• Ability to remain current with relevant developments and emerging trends in software quality and testing.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on business requirements.
