Job summary

International SOS is seeking an experienced SDET to design, develop and run automation test suites for functional and API testing. The role collaborates with SDETs, architects, tech leads and scrum teams to ensure product quality and reliable delivery.

You will lead offshore teams, coordinate with leads, and apply BDD with Cucumber/Gherkin while leveraging Postman for APIs and diverse testing tools. Strong communication and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in similar roles.
• Ability to lead offshore teams and coordinate with other lead SDET’s.
• Experience using Agile software development cycle tools (JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins).

Think from customer perspective in designing testing frameworks and methodologies for product testing. Work closely with other SDET’s, architects, tech leads & scrum teams in product development.
