OnSite is seeking a junior-to-mid QA engineer to strengthen testing fundamentals and automation for mobile and web apps. You’ll help ensure reliability through hands-on testing, automated checks, and AI-assisted QA, while investigating bugs and supporting release quality.
You should be methodical, curious about software, and able to read logs to understand issues. This early role offers growth as you work with modern QA tools and CI/CD practices.
At OnSite, we’re building the intelligent work chat platform for field teams.
The people building and maintaining the physical world still coordinate much of their work through group chats and paper files. Important updates get buried, schedules fall behind, records get lost, and admins spend countless hours performing manual data entry.
We’re building a better way for field teams to work. OnSite brings humans and AI together in the same conversations, turning everyday chats into project tracking, reporting, and planning. We’re building agents that understand what’s happening across the team, keep everything on track, and handle the busywork so teams can focus on what matters.
We’re backed by Tin Men Capital, Alter Global, Hustle Fund, and Gondor Capital.
We’re looking for a junior-to-mid-level QA engineer with strong testing fundamentals, coding ability, and an interest in building better ways to test software.
You’ll help keep our mobile and web apps reliable through hands‑on testing, automated checks, and AI-assisted QA. Alongside investigating bugs and verifying releases, you’ll build testing tools and workflows that help the team catch problems earlier and reduce repetitive manual work.
You should be methodical, curious about how software works, and comfortable digging into code and logs to understand what went wrong.
We’re a small team that works hard, ships fast, and cares deeply about what we’re building. Everyone is expected to take ownership of problems and see them through.
You’ll work closely with the rest of the engineering team to improve both the product and how we test it. We value thoughtful questions, clear evidence, and people who turn problems into better tools and processes.
You’ll help make software dependable for people whose jobs happen away from a desk. From a missed notification to a failed upload, the details you catch can make a real difference to someone’s working day.
As an early hire, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across mobile, web, automation, and AI testing, with room to take on more responsibility as you grow. We offer competitive salary and meaningful equity.
