LionsBot International is seeking a QA engineer to join our Singapore team. You will own automated tests across web apps, mobile apps, PWAs and on-robot HMI, write tests from requirements, and run regression on every release.
You will ensure hardware-software integrations work reliably and sign off only when ready. You should have 1–3 years in QA, hands-on with modern testing tools, and comfort coding in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript/Java.
LionsBot builds autonomous cleaning robots. More than 5,000 of them are working right now in malls, airports, offices and factories across 30+ countries, and every one of them is driven by software. Your job is to make sure that software works. Small team, quick decisions, no bureaucracy, and hardware you can actually touch.
Most QA work stops at the browser. Ours does not. A missed bug here can mean a robot that stops mid-clean, a lift that never arrives, or an operator stuck on a screen. You are the last check before our software reaches a real shop floor.
You would join a team that ships fast and cares about quality. Products are live, automation is still being built, and there is real room to shape how we test.
One release touches web applications, a mobile app, a PWA and the HMI on several robots. Prove it works everywhere before it ships.
A robot calls a lift, passes a gantry and opens a smart door. Test integrations with hardware that is not sitting on your desk.
Hundreds of regression cases, many still run by hand. Automate them so every build gets checked, not just the big ones.
A bug report from a customer site on the other side of the world. Reproduce it, document it and get it fixed.
Build and own automated tests for our web applications, mobile apps, PWAs and on-robot HMI.
Write test plans and test cases from requirements, before the code is done.
Run regression on every release, and sign off only when it is ready.
Test the robots themselves, and how they work with lifts, gantries and smart doors.
Log, track and triage bugs so nothing gets lost and the right ones get fixed first.
Write release notes so customers and internal teams know exactly what changed.
Keep test robots available and ready for the Software team.
Plug tests into CI so every build is checked automatically.
1-3 years in QA, with both manual and automated testing on real projects.
Hands-on with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or Appium.
Comfortable writing test code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
Experience testing web and mobile apps across different devices and platforms.
API testing with Postman, RestAssured or similar, and test management with Jira, QASE or TestRail.
You learn fast and adapt. New product, new hardware, shifting priorities, none of it throws you.
You own quality. You do not wait to be told what to test.
An eye for detail. You find the bug everyone else walked past, and write it up so anyone can reproduce it.
Robotics, IoT or connected-hardware testing experience.
Touchscreen, kiosk or embedded device testing.
CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.
Performance or load testing with tools like k6 or JMeter.
TTesting multi-language apps used across several markets.
Device farms or cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack.
ISTQB or similar certification.
Familiarity with ROS, MQTT or other robotics communication stacks.
Real ownership. The test strategy and the automation framework are yours to shape.
Your work is visible. Every release you sign off runs on thousands of robots in 30+ countries.
Physical‑world software. Real robots, real hardware, real constraints. Not just another web app.
Small team, direct line to leadership, quick decisions, no bureaucracy.
AI‑forward team. We already use AI‑assisted workflows in production, and we will give you the tools to push it further.
