Job summary

Elite Springs Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Quality Manager in Singapore to oversee customer quality management, internal QC, supplier quality and quality systems. You will lead a small team, drive CAPAs, audits, and continuous improvement across ISO standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing QC reports, maintaining calibration lists, handling customer feedback, and coordinating weekly quality meetings. GD&T knowledge and experience in sheet metal/stamping are valued.

Qualifications

• Have experience in precision spring, stamping or sheet metal industries.
• Able to read and interpret sheet metal, stamping and wire drawing.
• Able to lead and communicate with a small quality team.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Able to handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Conduct weekly quality meetings and report to direct superior.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering or relevant field.
• GD&T knowledge

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints swiftly and determine root causes.
• Identify corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Review and approve QC reports.
• Improve inspection methods and reduce scrap & rework.
• Evaluate supplier performance and handle supplier corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Ecovadis, and related documentation.
• Prepare internal audits and documentation control, including management review and calibration lists.
• Prepare and review PPAP, CPK, Fishbone analyses, 8D, FMEA, and COC as required.
• Create and review work instructions (WI).
• Lead weekly quality meetings and report to direct superior.
• Read and interpret sheet metal and stamping drawings; GD&T knowledge essential.
