Job summary

Hoya Surgical Optics, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Intern for QA CSV & Labeling (6-9 months) to support data management, documentation, dashboards, and testing activities within Dot Compliance eQMS and Loftware Label Management System.

The role collaborates with QA Labelling and QA Validation teams, gaining exposure to GxP systems, process improvements, and AI-assisted automation under supervision.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Exposure to QA, SDLC, validation, or data analytics is advantageous.
• Experience with dashboard development, reporting, or process automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist data review, cleansing and migration for Dot Compliance and Loftware.
• Support dashboard reporting and quality metrics development.
• Help organize test documentation and record test results for GxP systems.
• Create process documentation, work instructions and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI and automation.
• Participate in QA projects and team activities.
