Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. seeks an Automation Test Engineer to design and maintain automated tests using Tosca/Neoload across desktop, web and mobile apps.

You will develop reusable test scripts, execute tests, and collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure quality, traceability, and comprehensive reporting of issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years hands-on experience with Tosca or Neoload (advance knowledge of similar tools is acceptable).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Create reusable and modular test scripts to streamline the testing process.
• Automate functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests using Tricentis's model-based approach.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand testing requirements and application functionality.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for automation.
