Job summary

ADVANCED E-SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to validate business requirements, design test scenarios and develop automation scripts using modern frameworks.

The role emphasizes boundary value analysis, edge cases, and robust regression testing in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright, Java/C#/TypeScript, and REST API testing, plus familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and issue tracking in Azure DevOps

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and functional requirements and identify test scenarios, test conditions and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop and execute test cases covering positive, negative, boundary and exception scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java, C#, TypeScript and relevant testing frameworks.
• Perform API testing and validate request/response structures, status codes and data integrity.
• Apply test design techniques such as Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning and Decision Table Testing.
• Identify, report, track and validate software defects using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution results.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and other QA team members in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, test reviews and defect triage meetings.
• Prepare test execution reports, automation reports and testing documentation.

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong knowledge of Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Test Case Design and Programming Fundamentals. The ideal candidate should have experience in validating business requirements, designing comprehensive test scenarios, executing functional and regression testing, and developing automation scripts using modern automation frameworks. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify edge cases, perform boundary value analysis, and validate complex business logic. Experience with Agile methodologies, API testing and CI/CD integration is preferred.
