Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced Test Automation Engineer skilled in web application testing, Selenium with Java, Cucumber, Jira Zephyr, and CI/CD pipelines to build and maintain automation scripts and ensure quality across SIT, UAT, and production.

You will analyze requirements, design test scenarios, execute regression suites, report defects, and collaborate with Dev and Business teams in an Agile environment using Jenkins, Git, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computing, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in software testing and web application automation.
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, analyse issues, and take ownership of testing activities.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering quality results.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation scripts.

• Record and track test cases, execution results, and defects using Jira Zephyr.
• Coordinate testing activities, monitor progress, and provide regular status reports.

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in web application testing, test automation frameworks, and functional testing. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts, executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring application quality across multiple environments.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
• Experience with Cucumber and BDD frameworks, preferably Serenity.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Zephyr.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Git / Bitbucket.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and database testing.
• Knowledge of API testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Banking or financial services domain experience is an advantage.
• Analyse application requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
