Job summary

ESFIRA PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Purchasing Manager to oversee full purchasing functions and coordinate international shipments. You will consolidate orders from Pacific island locations and liaise with overseas suppliers on schedules.

The role requires a degree or diploma, strong negotiation, and fluency in English with Chinese proficiency. At least 3 years in a managerial purchasing role and experience in trading are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or diploma is required with strong negotiation ability.
• Good English communication and proficiency in Chinese.
• 3+ years in a managerial purchasing role is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all purchasing functions end to end.
• Consolidate orders from overseas locations in the Pacific.
• Coordinate shipments with overseas suppliers and schedule timing.
• Conduct ad hoc sourcing and purchasing activities.
• Plan inbound and outbound shipments.

An established import/export trading company in Singapore seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Purchasing Manager.

5 Day Work Week

Annual Wage Supplement (13th month bonus) included

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage the full spectrum of purchasing functions
• To consolidate all orders from our overseas locations in the Pacific Islands
• To liaise with our various overseas suppliers on shipment schedules.
• To do adhoc sourcing and purchasing
• Planning of shipments inbound & outbound

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma Holder
• Strong negotiation skills and able to source for products.
• Have been in similar Managerial position for at least 3 years.
• Preferably worked in Trading company for at least 3 years & above
• Cordial personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills & good command of English & proficiency in Chinese. (in order to handle queries, feedbacks and concerns from Chinese speaking associates in regards with the shipments matters.)

• Salary will commensurate with experience & relevant skill
