• Coordinate with project, engineering, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure procurement requirements are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve procurement-related issues, including shortages, delays, and quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
