Responsibilities :

• Coordinate procurement planning with project teams to verify quantities and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Source and evaluate suppliers to secure reliable and cost-effective materials and equipment
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Control procurement costs and manage budgets to optimize project expenditure
• Maintain accurate documentation and track all procurement items for audit and reporting purposes
• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics to ensure timely receipt of materials
• Ensure quality assurance and technical compliance of procured items with project requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships to support project success
• Control inventory and materials to prevent shortages or excess stock
• Identify and manage procurement risks to ensure compliance with company policies and project standards

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or equivalent qualification preferred
• Background in ACMV construction preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision preferred
• Positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills preferred
