Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Purchasing/Procurement professional in Singapore to source ACMV materials, obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and issue POs. You will monitor delivery schedules and ensure alignment with project budgets while coordinating with suppliers and site teams.

The ideal candidate has ACMV purchasing experience, strong negotiation and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple purchasing requirements independently.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Purchasing / Procurement.
• Experience in construction, building or M&E subcontractor environment.
• ACMV-related purchasing experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of ACMV materials and equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase ACMV materials and equipment.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders.
• Monitor material availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and project/site teams.
• Ensure purchases stay within the allocated budget.

• Source and purchase ACMV materials, equipment and project-related items

• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers

• Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO)

• Monitor material availability and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with suppliers and project/site teams to ensure timely delivery

• Ensure purchases are within the allocated project budget

• Maintain good working relationships with existing and new suppliers

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Purchasing / Procurement

• Experience in construction, building or M&E subcontractor environment

• Candidates with ACMV-related purchasing experience are preferred

• Good knowledge of ACMV materials and equipment will be an advantage

• Good negotiation, communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple purchasing requirements
