Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage material purchasing requisitions, supplier quotes, and order processing. You will maintain data integrity in procurement systems and coordinate with site teams.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, at least 2 years of procurement experience in construction, and strong negotiation, coordination and communication skills. You must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring best

Responsibilities

• Process material purchasing requisitions, orders and supplier RFQs.
• Maintain procurement system data input and integrity.
• Monitor costs, schedules and scopes of subcontracts to secure best value.
• Process Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices for approval.
• Interact with suppliers and site staff to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare payment summaries and liaise with suppliers and finance for payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.

• Process material purchasing requisitions, orders and requests for quotes from suppliers.
• Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
• Monitor the costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
• Responsible for designated Purchasing Orders, Delivery Orders, Request Forms and Invoice submission to Purchasing Manager for approval.
• Interact closely with suppliers and site staff to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare payment summaries, data entry and liaise with suppliers and finance team to follow up the payment arrangements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
