Job summary

VIP RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to source, negotiate, and buy materials and services to meet operational needs.

You will manage suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and inventory targets while identifying new products in demand. Collaboration with sales ensures supply aligns with demand, with regular reporting and ad-hoc duties as needed. The role requires good interpersonal and presentation skills, strong teamwork, and independence to drive timely

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience is advantageous.
• Good team player with ability to complete tasks quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, negotiating, and buying of materials and services to meet operational requirements.

• Sourcing, negotiating, and buying of materials, and services to meet the company's operational requirement, considering prices, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply
• Managing suppliers to meet objectives in area of quality and delivery fulfilment and inventory control
• Identifying new products that are in demand by customers
• Working closely with sales personnel to ensure supply meets demand
• Update weekly/monthly reports timely
• Ad-hoc duties assigned
