Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a front desk patient service assistant to support a health monitoring station in Singapore. You will greet patients, register them, schedule appointments and coordinate specialist referrals.

You will handle payments, respond to inquiries, and escalate concerns to ensure timely resolution while delivering high levels of service. You’ll take height/weight and blood pressure as rostered.

Working hours:

Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekdays (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

44 hours per work week
