Job summary

Public Service Division invites seasoned public sector leaders to join as Cluster Director, Media Development, shaping Singapore’s public service media strategy across broadcast, print and digital platforms.

You will oversee the PSM landscape, drive integration, align content, distribution, measurement and capability development, and foster sustainable, trusted outcomes with partners and government agencies.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of working experience in public service, with at least 6 years in leadership/managerial roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, governance and process, as well as executing data or evidence-driven plans.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Understanding of global media trends, technologies, and market dynamics will be an added advantage.
• Excellent networking, relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full PSM landscape across broadcast, print, and digital platforms with a coherent national strategy.
• Drive integration across content, distribution, measurement and capability development, breaking silos between divisions.
• Shape strategies to ensure public service content remains audience-relevant across linear, digital and social platforms.
• Oversee partnerships with government agencies, platforms, creators and technology providers to deliver public service outcomes.
• Lead a cluster of Directors and teams, setting strategic direction and ensuring strong execution.
