Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Arts & Social Sciences, Service Design or related disciplines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to convey information clearly, accurately and empathetically
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to understand different perspectives
• Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manage written communications from members of the public, including emails, online forms and letters
• Draft clear, accurate and empathetic responses to enquiries, feedback and service-related matters
• Liaise with internal departments and public agencies to address enquiries and follow up on service-related matters
• Understand and assess different perspectives when handling feedback and communications
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and the overall user experience
• Support the communication and implementation of service initiatives, resources and programmes
• Coordinate and follow up on multiple matters to ensure timely resolution
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as required
