Job summary

Xtremax is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex application modernization initiatives within our Public Sector unit in Singapore. The role requires a strong technical background, extensive SDLC know-how, and a proven track record managing large-scale modernization projects for government clients.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, manage risks, and guide delivery across frontend, backend, APIs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with government or public-sector clients.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and delivery governance across multi-year modernization programs.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across diverse government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital modernization projects from initiation to production.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Drive delivery to meet scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Perform technical impact analysis on proposed changes across systems and APIs.
