The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and a proven track record in managing large-scale modernization initiatives for government clients.

Responsibility

• Project Delivery & Management
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology projects from project initiation through implementation, deployment, and production.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Drive project execution to ensure delivery is aligned with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Manage changes in project scope and assess their impact on timelines, resources, technical implementation, and delivery plans.
  • Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, and delivery tracking.
