Job summary

Xtremax Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex application modernization initiatives within our Public Sector unit. The role requires a strong technical background, SDLC mastery, and a proven track record managing large government modernization programs.

The candidate will coordinate business stakeholders, engineers, and architects to translate requirements into practical technical plans, manage risk, and ensure on-time delivery in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end technology projects; strong SDLC background.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Experience identifying and assessing changes in scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Ability to read and navigate code when required to understand application structure.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows across systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers, and observability.
• Experience with testing strategies across unit to production validation.
• Excellent communication to coordinate between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology projects from initiation to production.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive execution to meet scope, timelines, and quality objectives.
• Track progress and proactively resolve delivery risks and blockers.
• Manage scope changes and assess impacts on timelines and technical implementation.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning and release planning.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical considerations for engineering teams.
• Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders, engineers, architects, and other teams.
