Job summary

ASSURITZ INFOSEC (SG) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Software Manager to lead and govern software engineering for a public sector ICT project, ensuring solutions meet Singapore Government standards and ISO frameworks.

You will define strategy, architecture, and governance; oversee SDLC, Agile practices, QA, DevSecOps, and integration using REST, IBM MQ, ACE; collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in software development and management.
• Experience in Singapore public sector projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 12207).
• Familiarity with government security requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead software strategy, architecture and governance aligned with government guidelines and ISO standards.
• Oversee software design, integration and validation across REST, IBM MQ and ACE.
• Manage SDLC with Agile/Hybrid delivery, ensuring milestones, scope and budget.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure and QA for CI/CD and quality metrics.
• Define testing strategies, secure coding practices and delivery dashboards (PowerBI).
• Act as primary point-of-contact with government agencies and external vendors.
