Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Manager in Singapore to oversee crowdsourced vulnerability discovery initiatives for government-facing projects. You will coordinate with agencies, manage vendors, contracts, onboarding of researchers, and produce management dashboards and reports.

The role requires 5+ years in IT/programme management, strong communication, data-driven oversight, and security-clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing IT or technology programmes/projects.
• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor programme operations.
• Excellent English communication to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors/contracts, including tracking deliverables and SLAs.
• Data-driven with ability to produce reports for management.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or government platforms to streamline operations.
• Singapore Citizen or PR due to security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee crowdsourced vulnerability discovery programmes.
• Coordinate with government agencies on participation and timelines.
• Manage the programme vendor relationships, including contracts, onboarding researchers, and performance monitoring.
• Support the triage team in reports and coordinate on disputes with agencies.
• Support procurement and tender exercises, including drafting specifications and evaluating proposals.
• Prepare programme reporting, dashboards, and management updates for stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder communications and agency outreach to raise participation rates.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including AI-assisted development to automate workflows and reporting.
