Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a dedicated Programme Manager to lead the Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery Programmes (CVDP) in Singapore. The role focuses on steering programme operations, vendor coordination, and data-driven governance to enhance cybersecurity initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of IT/technology programme management experience, with strong communication skills in English and a track record of process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing IT or technology programmes/projects; experience handling a bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure, or related cybersecurity programme is a strong plus.
• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor programme operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; able to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors or contracts, including tracking deliverables and service levels.
• Comfortable working with data to track programme metrics and produce reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery Programmes (CVDP) operations and strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including exploring AI-assisted development tools.
• Monitor metrics, prepare management reports, and ensure timely programme delivery.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery Programmes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for enhancing cybersecurity through innovative solutions.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience managing IT or technology programmes /projects; experience managing a bugbounty, vulnerability disclosure, or related cybersecurity programme is a strong plus
• Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor programme operations
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing vendors or contracts, including tracking deliverables and service levels
• Comfortable working with data to track programme metrics and produce reports for management
• Demonstrated ability to propose and implement process improvements, including using AI-assisted development (vibe coding) or GovTech-approved platforms to streamline operations

Preferred

• Project Management Professional (PMP),Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, penetration testing, or bug bounty concepts
• Experience working with or within the public sector
