Job summary

RAPSYS Technologies PTE Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Programme Manager to lead our Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery Programmes (CVDP). You will guide cross-functional teams, align security objectives with business goals, and report on programme performance.

The role requires extensive experience in IT/technology programme management, strong communication skills, vendor management, and a track record in data-driven process improvements, including AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience managing IT or technology programmes/projects, with bug bounty or vulnerability disclosure experience a strong plus.
• Ability to plan, execute, and monitor programme operations with clear milestones.
• Excellent written and spoken English for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendors or contracts, including tracking deliverables and service levels.
• Ability to use data to track programme metrics and produce management reports.
• Capability to propose and implement process improvements, including AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery Programme operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track programme metrics and generate regular management reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and security outcomes.
