Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator for a construction project in Singapore. You will plan and coordinate PR programmes, liaise with the coordination and construction teams, and manage communications with residents, consultants and authorities.

You will draft survey forms, posters, and handle enquiries, aiming to mitigate complaints and establish strong relations with nearby property owners and occupiers.

Qualifications

• GCE A/ O level with minimum 2 years of public relations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate PR programme for the project.
• Communicate with coordination and construction team; understand construction flow and schedule impacts.
• Handle enquiries and feedback; liaise with residents, consultants, authorities; mitigate complaints.
• Establish contacts with property owners and occupiers near the project.
• Familiarise with affected parties and stakeholders; maintain good relationships.
• Reach out to constituents and MCCs for feedback, complaints, and mitigation measures.
• Act as first contact point for third parties and public for complaints/feedback.
• Draft and formulate survey forms and collect survey feedback on construction works.
• Draft and develop posters for dissemination to affected premises.
• Provide administrative support and ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Planning and coordinating PR programme for the project


• Communicate and work together with the coordination and construction team and be aware of the Construction Work Flow; the type of construction activities and planned schedule; identify parties/public that would be affected by the Works.


• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parties such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities


• Establish contacts with properties owners and occupiers of the buildings within and around the vicinity of the project.


• Be Familiar with all affected parties and people who have some interest with the Project.


• Reach out to constituents and MCCs of the vicinity and have regular dialogues with them for feedbacks, complaints and on any possible position mitigation measures.


• Acting as the first contact point of communication with third parties and the public for any complaints and feedbacks.


• Draft and formulate survey forms and conduct and gather survey feedback on the Project Construction Works


• Draft and develop posters for circulation to be disseminated to affected parties at respective premises


• Establishing a good reputation of the project.


• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required.
