5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Public Relation Officer (PRO) to manage PR matters and public feedback during construction projects.

You will handle project administration and support dormitory/site purchase processes, ensuring effective communication with the public and project team. The role requires at least a diploma or GRE A Level, 1+ year in construction PR, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• At least 1 years' working experience in the construction industry.
• Good client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with internal and external parties.
• Able to engage and manage various stakeholders on PR matters and public feedback to create an effective communication flow and awareness on the project.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full spectrum of project administration.
• Support administrative work for dormitory and site purchase.
• Provide full support during the entire construction stage and DLP stage.
• Conduct regular visit to the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage.
• Manage feedbacks and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract.
• Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
• Promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of construction.
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
