Job summary

L & C CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Customer Relations Liaison to handle inquiries from residents and ensure smooth site activities. You will foster relationships, conduct on-site visits, and coordinate appointments with supervisors and residents.

You will also manage reminders, tests, and documentation in HICS and UBS, and assist with administrative tasks and resident feedback. The role involves ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling inquiries and feedback from residents or customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Address inquiries and public feedback related to project site activities and the environments.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to residents’ units for condition surveys or handovers.
• Arrange water ponding tests where applicable.
• Send reminders/calls to residents prior to internal works (3 days).
• Coordinate with Supervisor, Sub-con representatives, RTO and residents for appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain proficiency in the HIP Information Centre System (HICS) and stay updated on changes.
• Update all HICS records within 1 month after completion of toilet upgrading works and EASE 2.0 for each block.
• Assist administrative, data processing and UBS paperwork.
• Disseminate information and handle resident complaints/feedback.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Customer Relations Officer/management.

• of internal work (3 Days Reminder Calls).
• -Coordinate with Supervisor, Sub-con representatives, RTO and residents
• for necessary appointments and follow-up (where applicable).

• -To update and complete all the HICS records within 1 month from the completion
