Job summary

KARSS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee daily tasks, manage staff on shifts, and uphold housekeeping and QC standards across the site in Singapore.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on willingness to support operational tasks. You will coordinate between on-ground staff and management and ensure timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrable supervisory or leadership experience in operations/events.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.
• Ability to lead teams and take charge during shifts.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality control measures.
• Willingness to be hands-on and support operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily task completion and ensure smooth handovers.
• Manage staff accountability and shift coverage.
• Maintain housekeeping and facility standards; ensure cleanliness.
• Support QC checks on-site and address gaps in service delivery.
• Act as liaison between OIC and Duty Manager for on-ground issues.
• Assist in salary payout processes and ad-hoc tasks as directed.
